Yes, but with a few restrictions. Pets must be small or mid-sized adults. Exact requirements may vary by property. They must also have a completed pet profile through petscreening.com. Finally, we require an additional $300 deposit per pet and $25 monthly pet rent.
The home must be professionally cleaned and ready for a new occupant to avoid a cleaning deduction from your security deposit. We provide a complete checklist here but feel free to contact us with any questions.
If the home is clean and undamaged (beyond normal wear and tear), you can expect to receive your full security deposit back. We keep careful records of the property’s condition to be as fair and accurate as possible.
If you feel something has been wrongfully withheld from your safety deposit, you can request a security deposit review here. Please allow up to 20 business days for a response.
While Bijou Property Management, Inc. does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in an application fee refund, we do still require that all tenants complete our application (click APPLY NOW at the link below). If a compliant portable report is provided and e-mailed to email@example.com, we will issue an application fee refund after submittal of your application.
Yes, but with our resident benefits package, you’ll be added to our master insurance policy which meets all of the requirements for your lease. You can choose to purchase additional insurance on your own, but it’s not required.
