Our founders Rob and Jude Willhoff started by managing a few rental properties of their own and then used their newly discovered passion to found Bijou Property Management. Now we also offer real estate services to help you find the perfect home or investment property, whether you’re looking to buy in Peyton or Manitou, and anywhere in between.
Jennifer has been a licensed REALTOR since 2012. Growing up in the business has given her a benefit of lifelong learning, as the second-generation owner & operator of Bijou Property Management, Inc. since 2018. Interacting with other professionals and learning what helps them in their business has been most valuable for Jennifer in expanding her knowledge in all thing’s real estate and property management. In between property management and real estate sales, Jennifer gives back to the industry in various volunteer positions such as the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), Chapter Treasurer in the past and currently the Treasurer for the CLLC (Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition). When Jennifer is not working or volunteering, she enjoys reading, camping, UTVing, canoeing, and spending time with her family.
Jude Willhoff, one of the founders of Bijou Property Management, has worked in real estate for many years. Today, she specializes in sales but has worked in all aspects of the industry. She’s a people person and has always enjoyed meeting and helping others realize their real estate dreams. Whether it’s to invest in a buyer’s first home, solve someone’s property management problem, help sell their home, or find them a new dream home, she always views it as an adventure to help her client. Dyan Osborne is a veteran of the United States Army who deployed twice during her time in service. She is proud to call that part of her history and to help fellow veterans with all of their housing needs. Dyan has called Colorado Springs her home for more than 25 years and loves being able to live in such an amazing city. Dyan is a licensed REALTOR who has been with Bijou since February 2018 and finds it a joy to come to work every day. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her four children, reading and hiking.
Having grown up in Colorado Springs, Amanda has watched the city she loves expand and flourish. After a few years in construction and warranty she became a member of our team here at Bijou Property Management. Amanda enjoys figuring out complicated maintenance issues and how to resolve them. “The people I get to work and interact with are my favorite part of the job!”. In her free time, Amanda likes to relax with the family and try new and exciting things.
